Has anyone figured out a way to search google for questions about the Cairo programming language without getting results that deal with Cairo the city.

Hopefully Triality will be able to build enough of a knowledge base, create a high enough SEO score, and get enough traffic to be extremely google-able! Give it a couple of weeks.
For now, you can post information on Triality as a best bet. But you can also look through the docs at https://www.cairo-lang.org/docs/ or check out the StarkNet discord.
