I'm trying to solve [this bonus question](https://www.cairo-lang.org/docs/how_cairo_works/program_counter.html#program-counter-and-jumps) from the "How Cairo Works" tutorial. I ran the following function, opened the Cairo tracer and saw that the memory is full with powers of 2. Why is that?

Hello, Starknet will do Final State Reset around Q4 2022.    It means users need to create new wallet address & migrate asset to new wallet.   Old wallet address will be no longer usable after final state reset.     Is this correct?
