 I usually use truffle and solc is installed locally but not globally. Should I installed it? Is it worth adding in the readme?

Hi, has anyone implemented a minimal proxy (also known as clones), in Cairo? I would like to see an example. I can only find examples for upgraded contracts. 

The idea is to deploy multiple proxy instances pointing to the same implementation contract. 

Something similar to OZ's Clones.sol on Solidity:

Would anyone have a link or know how fast blocks would be generated on StarkNet after Regenesis ?
I am working on a project where I mint an NFT which can be burnt to mint other NFTs. Hence, I'd like to know how much minimum time there will be between these two mints transactions.

When I try to transpile my contract using warp transpiler I get an error: `JavaScript heap out of memory`

can anyone help?

update:
I ran this command 
```
export NODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=4096
```
before transpiling
still show the same error

- Node version is v16.16.0
- warp version  2.4.1
- I tried using node 18 but still same error occured
- I'm using an M1 Mac, 8gb RAM
