upd: It is deployed on Ethereum 16th November.

There is no accurate data about StarkNet token so far. There are many gossips that it is under development, but Newton can't confirm this information :)

On July there were news on CoinDesk that Token may be launched in September, but so far it is not live.

There is some information from this article:

• StarkNet Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to maintaining the network as a public good, will be coin imminent
• The token will go as an ERC-20 (Ethereum). The company has minted an initial 10 billion tokens, which will be allocated to core StarkNet contributors, including StarkWare, StarkWare investors and StarkNet developer partners

There token is also likely to be later, because it seems StarkWare is focused on Cairo 1.0 release
