The short answer is probably no.

StarkEx is not general purpose and currenty doesn't support executing Kakarot or any complex StarkNet contract, as is.

What is more probable is for Kakarot zkEVM to be implemented as a Layer 3 over StarkNet (e.g. using [slush](https://slush.dev/)).

This error always appears with the first function it encounters that is annotated with either @view or @external

How can I use dynamic allocation in Cairo? 

hi all. If I want to use starkex do I have to deploy my custom starkex contracts ?
however in my understanding startex is a protocol where I have to intergrate my dapp specific tx, isn't it ?
in the playground I saw there're some preimplemented tx like ERC20 interface 
is starknet a starkex with an integrated VirtualMachine ?
