Kakarot is a zkEVM, or zero-knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine. It is an open-source and community-driven project. 

Kakarot is written in Cairo, the provable general-purpose programming language, developed by Starkware.

Kakarot currently takes the form of a smart contract. This means that the smart contract handles the EVM execution context. It is deployed on Starknet, an Ethereum L2 validity rollup.

Hi guys. What can I do if I've sent transactions from StarkNet to Ethereum L2 -> L1 on mainnet, withdraw was initiated and funds left from Starknet wallet but I don't see any pop up to process L1 deposit? It was 22h ago.

1. For receiving ETH on Goerli Test Net, I used [Goerli PoW Faucet](https://goerli-faucet.pk910.de/).
As an alternative, [https://goerlifaucet.com/](https://goerlifaucet.com/) can be used, but it is required to authorize.
