heyy guys, running into a problem

I have this code :
```struct TokenLedger:
   member token_address : felt
   member drip_amount : Uint256
   member balance : Uint256
end

@storage_var
func tokens_ledger(index : felt) -> (tokenLedger : TokenLedger):
end```

```let (ledger : TokenLedger) = TokenLedger(token_address, drip_amount, balance)
tokens_ledger.write(index, ledger)```
But am getting this error :

We know that L2s are taking transaction load off of the Ethereum, but how is that process taking place? Is there a threshold of optimum transaction speed/cost? Are L2s only intervening when the L1 is congested or that threshold is passed?

Hey!
I had a question about what would be the cleanest way to imitate a `uint32` or `uint64` in cairo. Two approaches came to mind:
1. Simply use a felt and check that is less than `2**32 - 1`
2. Pass a Uint256 and check that var.high == 0 and var.low is less than `2 ** 32 -1`

First approach seems straightforward, but I wanted to know if there was a convention for this or a better way.
